Tarkett design floor iD Inspiration Click 55 Plus Alpine Oak White plank 4VWith its unobtrusive elegance, this design floor fits in with every style of furnishing. Visually it is hardly distinguishable from a white oak floor, but it has all the advantages of a design floor. The four-sided bevel supports the impression of a natural floor covering.The structure of this design floorThe design floor is made up of four layers. At the very bottom is the stabilising back layer, which also contains the click system. In the iD Inspiration Click 55 Plus model, this back layer is reinforced with a patented glass fleece. This makes the elements of this design floor particularly dimensionally stable. The surface is embossed in HD print quality. This is covered by the transparent wear layer. This top layer is refined by the PUR surface treatment.The advantages of a design floorA design floor is robust and less sensitive than a laminate or parquet floor. Visually, however, it can hardly be distinguished from them. The design floor is extremely easy to clean. It can be wiped with a damp cloth without any problems if necessary. Thanks to the click system, this design floor can be laid quickly and easily even by laymen. If necessary, it can be removed again without leaving any residue. Once laid, it is a resilient, foot-warm and joint-friendly floor covering.Accessories for the design floorA knee cushion made of PE foam makes the laying work more pleasant. Use a vinyl and laminate cutter to cut the floor planks to size. A rubber mallet helps with the laying. If the flooring is installed as a floating installation, you should always install a footfall sound insulation under the floor. This will make it much quieter in the room itself and in the adjoining rooms. If you install the design floor on top of a water-bearing underfloor heating system, you should also install a moisture barrier. This is a thin PE foil that prevents moisture from penetrating the floor from below. With skirtings you can create a beautiful transition between the wall and the floor covering. These skirting boards are available in different designs, different colours and several sizes. Transition profiles enable a clean transition from one room to another.
