The collection for Beautiful Living has been put together with AMORIM, the world leader in cork flooring. The company is headquartered in Portugal and is very familiar with the local cork oak. With the cork floor Amrum it is above all about healthy living spaces. This floor covering is made of the renewable raw material cork, which is emission-free, renewable and reusable. It bears the seal of the VOC regulation for emission classes and is classified in the best category A+. During the production process, the company also ensures that the purity of the raw materials is not lost.

This elegant and natural cork flooring also bears the quality seal for cork floor coverings, - the cork logo of the German Cork Association. This confirms the high bulk density of more than 450kg/m3 as well as the thickness of the top layer of at least 2.5mm and the health safety. The Schöner Wohnen cork flooring Amrum Natur 1-plank wideplank creates a particularly noble laying pattern without any bevel and is laid floating. The friendly, beige-brown oak decor goes well with many furnishing ideas and can be easily taken along when moving, thanks to the 2G Corkloc connection.

Integrated footfall sound and PUR lacquer surface sealing

The special cork varnish protects the surface and seals it permanently. The 2-component, water-based varnish impresses with a very high final hardness, great elasticity and is suitable for normal to particularly heavy use in accordance with service class 23 in private homes. The HDF support is supplemented by an integrated 1.5m thick footfall sound insulation and thus contributes to the high-quality multi-layer structure of the cork floor. Laying is very easy thanks to Corkloc 2 G laying technology. The strong, robust and mechanical closure system is completely glue-free. The planks are angled and joined together on both the short and long sides.
