If you don't want to stand by and watch this happen any longer, you can help by applying a front edge wax. BREBO's front edge wax - water-repellent does its job reliably and successfully keeps the ageing process in check. It cannot be stopped for good, but it can be slowed down many times over.Apply to the front wood after cutting the boardsTo protect against cracks and moisture penetration, you should not do without this high-quality care product for decking boards. The application of the colourless end-grain wax can be done without much effort. You can apply the sealant either with a cloth or a sponge to the affected area. Once a light film of wax appears, you can move on to the next piece of lumber. Make sure the surface is dry and clean before spreading the wax. Ideally, wear gloves when doing this.
