These panels can also be used to decoratively cover sound and heat insulation, cables and pipes. Special colour wishes can be realised at any time by painting the wall/ceiling panels afterwards. The use of various creative techniques is also possible. So there are hardly any limits to your design ideas. Since the panels consist almost exclusively of wood, they also contribute to improving the indoor climate. Depending on the relative humidity in the room, they absorb or release moisture. In this way, they have a balancing effect on the room climate. The special tongue-and-groove plug-in system simplifies the installation of these panels, but still provides a secure, durable connection between the elements.

What you need to do before installing these decorative panels

Before you install the panels, you should give them 48 hours to acclimatize.To do this, lay the unopened packages containing the panels flat on the floor of the room. If the panels are to be installed in a new building, make sure that the windows are installed and the screed is sufficiently dry. The room temperature should be at least 17 °C and the relative humidity between 35 % and 60 %. In the case of a roof extension in a new building, the roof structure must also be sufficiently dry - the wood moisture content may still be a maximum of 18 %. To install the decorative panels, you need a wooden substructure with a lath spacing of 40 cm. This is aligned at right angles to the longitudinal edges of the decorative panels.
