Small effort, big effect!

Before you install your decking boards, you should clean the wood thoroughly and then protect it with WOCA Exterior Oil Teak. Oiled wood is effectively protected against cracks, drying out and greying. Apply the WOCA oil to your floorboards or garden furniture with a wide brush and allow it to work in briefly. Polish off any excess oil with a soft cotton cloth. The colour pigments contained in the oil naturally refresh the colour of the wood. After the oil treatment, your wooden terrace will look like new again. We recommend treating the teak wood with oil for the first time immediately after laying the deck. Whether you then oil your wooden deck regularly for the summer season depends, of course, on the type and intensity of the stress on the wood. The more intensive the sun, wind and weather act on your veranda or roof terrace, the more frequently oil treatment is recommended. If the patio roof or conservatory safely protects the veranda, treatment with WOCA Exterior Oil Teak may be sufficient every 1 - 2 years.
