The classic among floors, the strip composition, is the ideal interplay of tongue and groove boards to be firmly glued or anchored together. A laminate, which is joined together in this arrangement, has the advantage of showing optical extravagances. The new flooring creation from CLASSEN®, the light grey-brown oak, succeeds in this in a wonderful way. Here, the approximately one metre long 1-strip plank has been laid to form a composite which precisely shows its form. With clearly structured joints, each individual plank is brought to the fore concisely and shows a great deal of contrast in the surface.

This contrast is provided by the floral grain and the outer shape of the 1-plank wideplank planks, which can be joined together relatively easily and firmly with an integrated Megaloc - Click joint. In order to keep the floating construction stable and resistant on the floor, the brand manufacturer CLASSEN® works with a multi-layer construction, the core of which is a Classenboard HDF carrier board. This gives the floor covering a dimensional stability which is also reflected in the high service classes 23/32. As a result, the laminate flooring can be used anywhere in the home with the exception of damp areas, but in commercial applications it should only be used in rooms with moderate traffic. In addition to this high-quality material composition, the flooring also scores points for its high abrasion class AC4. Accordingly, the representative surface is easy to clean and resistant.

By using sustainable and tested material selection, the manufacturer has also succeeded in creating a building product with emission class A+. This product categorisation, which can be traced back to DIN EN 16516, shows that the floor covering is above averagely low in pollutants and therefore only shows low concentrations of e.g. xylene, toluene or formaldehyde.
