Meister Lindura wooden floor Premium HD 400 Oak natural polar white 8737This Master Lindura wood floor convinces with its natural expressiveness and resilience. Due to its special multi-layer structure, the floor is particularly robust and durable. Thanks to the Masterclic Plus connection system, the floor boards can be laid quickly and easily. As oak wood with firmly intergrown knots and occasional cracks was chosen for the top layer, the surface of the floor appears natural, but not too rustic. On the other hand, the colour is not dominant, but goes well with any furnishing style. The floor puts furniture and decorations pleasantly in the foreground.What do I have to consider with underfloor heating systems?Underfloor heating systems are becoming more and more popular. But do they also suit a wooden floor? That depends on the type of underfloor heating and the thermal resistance of the floor and the footfall sound insulation. This resistance should not be greater than 0.1 m²K/W so that the heat produced by the heating system can pass through the floor into the room as uninhibitedly as possible. With regard to the master Lindura wood floor, the surface temperature of the heating system must not exceed 29°C. Underfloor heating systems carrying hot water are not critical. Electric floor heating systems should be integrated into the screed and not lie on top as foil heating systems. Furthermore, the heating coils must run over the entire floor surface. If the underfloor heating is only partial, additional expansion joints must be planned, otherwise the floor may warp.What must the substrate for the laying be like?To ensure that you can enjoy your wooden floor for a long time, please check the subfloor before installation. This must be dry. This means that for a mineral subfloor without heating, the residual moisture must not exceed 2%. If underfloor heating is present, the permissible value drops to 1.8%. For the anhydrite screed the values are 0.5 % (unheated floor) and 0.3 % (heated floor). The percentages given refer to a measurement according to the CM method. This should be carried out by a specialist.
