This Parador design floor Modular ONE combines the naturally elegant look of a engineered wood floor with the advantages of a vinyl floor. The generous format of the planks and the all-round bevel enhance the impression of a floor made of wooden planks. But this flooring not only looks like wood, it also feels like it. This is due to the structured embossing of the plank surface. The matt surface makes the wood design look even more authentic. At the same time, this flooring is hard-wearing, healthy to live with and easy to clean. It therefore meets all the requirements that you rightly expect of a modern design floor.

This is how this design floor is constructed

The floor covering is made up of three components. Its core piece is the very dimensionally stable special core board, which is suitable for damp rooms. On its long sides are the elements of the Safe-Lock Pro connection system, through which the planks can be laid quickly and without the use of adhesive. Underneath the core board lies the impact sound insulation made of cork. It ensures that the floor is pleasantly quiet. Above the core board is the very abrasion-resistant and easy-care decor surface with the structure embossing.

This Parador design floor is sustainable and healthy for the home

In the production of this design floor, softeners are completely dispensed with. Instead, sustainable, mostly natural raw materials are used. Due to the production sites in Germany and Austria, there are only short transport routes. The packaging for the planks is made of recycled paper. Both the Blue Angel from Germany and the A+ seal from France certify that this flooring produces very low emissions. The EPD seal (Environmental Protection Declaration) distinguishes the floor covering as sustainable on the basis of its eco-balance.

Accessories for this Parador design floor

Skirtings in various colours, sizes and shapes as well as the matching end and transition caps, inside and outside corners give you the opportunity to create a visually appealing connection between the floor covering and the walls. These skirtings can be either glued or fixed with a clip system. For covering expansion joints and connecting floor coverings of the same height, there are the transition profiles. If the floor coverings are of different heights, use matching profiles. You will find matching end profiles at Parador for the ends at door thresholds, for example. If you want to install the design floor on a mineral subfloor or over underfloor heating, you will need a moisture barrier.
