Unique wood look meets modern processing

Thanks to the use of modern materials, Parador lock planks are versatile and absolutely robust. They consist of a flexible polypropylene surface, a stable carrier plate and an insulating cork underside. This combination of high-quality materials can be used for almost any application, because this organic floor is free of emissions and pollutants and is produced without softeners.

The generous lock planks have a circumferential chamfer, which gives the flooring an additional depth effect and visually structures the room. The finely grained surface makes the floor look almost like real wood and ensures that light dust is hardly visible. The grain is also reflected in the unique colour Pure Light Oak, which is warm and inviting. Modern technology is used to create a surface that is in no way inferior to real wood. The advantage of polypropylene is that this material is slightly flexible. The steps are thus slightly cushioned, which is perceived by many people as particularly pleasant and is easy on the joints.

The thin planks have a thickness of 8 mm and can, if necessary, also be laid over old flooring. The underside is provided with an impact sound insulation made of cork, a renewable raw material. Cork absorbs noise and provides additional thermal insulation. Nevertheless this floor can also be used with underfloor heating. This is particularly useful for laying in bathrooms. For this purpose, the moisture-resistant flooring can be recommended without restriction, because even the chamfers are provided with a protection that prevents swelling, even with large amounts of water.
