With these Parador decorative panels from the Novara range in the Arctic pine finish, you can give ceilings and walls a fresh look. These decor panels are also ideally suited for finishing an attic. The neutral, light appearance of the panels gives you complete freedom when designing the room. Insulation material, cables and pipes are concealed by the panels and thus do not disturb the overall impression of the room. You can install the panels quickly and easily on a substructure made of wood or metal using the tongue-and-groove plug-in profile. But not only the installation, but also the cleaning and care of the decorative panels are easy. To clean, simply wipe the panels with a damp cloth that has been wrung out well. You can add any non-layer-forming cleaner to the cleaning water. However, you must not use a steam cleaner on the panels. If necessary, you can paint or wallpaper the panels.

What you should bear in mind when installing the decorative panels

Before you install the decorative panels, they should have 48 hours to acclimatise in the room. For the installation of the panels, the room temperature must be at least 17 °C and the relative humidity in the room must not exceed 65 %. Dampness and mould must be removed before panel installation. In new buildings, the panels are installed after the windows have been installed. If the roof is to be extended, the wood moisture content must not exceed 18 %. This is usually the case after a few weeks of drying out a new building. You must install a vapour barrier between the rafters and the support structure for the decorative panels.
