Which decor is your personal favourite?
Three different designs are available in this Tarkett parquet flooring series. Choose the natural oak, which has a natural and friendly appearance thanks to its beige tone, or choose a white model such as Champagne Oak or Sterling Oak. You always make a good choice with the wide 1-strip country house planks, as they bring peace and quiet into the room because they are made of a single wooden panel. The lighter version of oak is an excellent choice if you tend to Scandinavian or Mediterranean furnishing style. The focus is on light, fresh colours that exude lightness and minimalism. 1-strip plank flooring also stretches smaller rooms optically, giving you the pleasure of a wide and deep feeling of space. In combination with high quality furniture, you can skilfully set the scene in your bedroom or living room.
Easy to install and quick to maintain
The planks can be laid using the tongue and groove technique, in which the panels are partially glued together. Tarkett wood glue is recommended for this type of installation.
Please note that the floors of this series are not suitable for installation on underfloor heating due to their thermal insulation properties.
Floors that have been sealed with hard wax oil are characterised by their open-pored surface. This means that the soil can "breathe", so to speak. It has a pleasant effect on the room climate and at the same time effectively repels dirt and water from the surface. The floor covering is also abrasion-resistant.
Hard Wax Oil is composed of a mixture of natural vegetable oils and waxes, which are very resistant to mechanical and chemical influences.
To keep your floor looking its best for a long time, you should treat it with a wax care product and a special cleaning spray every now and then. A vacuum cleaner, broom or mop are sufficient for normal care.
