The plank format with the surrounding bevel further enhances the authentic impression of a light oak floor. Unlike a wooden floor, this design floor is waterproof and can therefore be used without any problems both over water-bearing underfloor heating systems and in damp rooms. Especially when used in bathrooms, the non-slip and foot-warm surface is extremely pleasant. These positive properties are achieved entirely without the use of phthalates.This Skaben design floor is easy to install, clean and maintainThanks tothe integrated click connection system, you can install this floor easily and quickly, even without greater craftsmanship skills. With "floating installation", only the floor boards are connected to each other. They then lie on the subfloor without any connection, i.e. floating. Since no adhesive is used, you can walk on the flooring immediately after installation. Due to the greater thickness of the material of this design floor and its loose lying on the subfloor, it does not have to meet very high requirements. Minor unevenness of the subfloor does not interfere with the installation. Because the design floor is not firmly attached to the subfloor, you can easily remove it at any time without damaging the subfloor. The integrated impact sound insulation ensures that the flooring is quiet despite the floating installation. No maintenance is required after installation, as is the case with parquet flooring, for example.
