Nevertheless, there are a few things you can do to support its long life. For ongoing floor cleaning, add PU cleaner in a dilution of 1:200 to the mopping water and use it to wipe the floor covering so that it is not too wet. This design floor is waterproof and therefore suitable for use in damp rooms. In the worst case, however, moisture can get into the floor through the joints of the planks. To minimize this risk, you should ensure that water does not stand on the floor for an unnecessarily long time. In principle, the surface of this design floor is resistant to stains due to the protective varnish. Nevertheless, there are things that can leave traces, for example, rubber heels. You can remove these traces with the help of a PU cleaner, which you apply undiluted to a cloth or a non-scratching cleaning pad.
