Can this Meister Lindura wood floor be installed over underfloor heating systems?

Due to its low thermal resistance of only 0.075 m²K/W, this wood floor is in principle even very suitable for installation over hot water underfloor heating. If the heating pipes run over the entire surface of the room and it is ensured that the surface temperature does not exceed 29 °C, the installation is completely unproblematic. If the heating runs only in a part of the floor area, you must provide appropriate expansion joints when laying the wooden floor. The same applies to electric underfloor heating, which is laid in the screed or concrete. If it is a foil heating, you usually can not lay this wooden floor over it.

What does the grade lively mean?

The wear layer of this multi-layered wooden floor is made of oak wood. This is a natural product, without standardized appearance. Therefore, the wood of each plank looks slightly different: For example, there are color shades, knotholes or cracks.
