This makes the installation of the organic floor particularly popular with allergy sufferers or families with small children.Solid bonding increases durabilityThanks tothe simple bonding with vinyl adhesive, even skilled do-it-yourselfers can easily install the organic floor themselves. But before you start, you should check the subfloor for unevenness or cracks and treat them with a special levelling compound. This will prevent your floor from getting dents or holes. The levelling compound should be allowed to dry thoroughly so that no mould can develop on the subfloor before you then lay out special insulation mats on the subfloor. The insulation layer additionally increases the already existing heat and impact sound insulation of your room. Now, in order to acclimatise the floor, the roll is left to rest upright for at least another 24 hours before it can be laid. The adhesive is then applied over a large area and after a certain drying time the organic floor can be laid. Once the floor has been aligned, it is rolled tight with a jointed roller.Toprotect your walls from dirt or impact damage and to achieve a harmonious overall appearance, it is best to fit matching skirting boards with connecting corners.
