How is the Wineo insulating mat silent Premium constructed?

This permanently elastic insulation mat consists of mineral fillers and polyurethane binders. A dimensionally stable self-adhesive layer with removable protective film is applied to one side of a transparent PET carrier film. On the other side there is a non-ageing heavy layer of polyurethane and a white fleece back lamination.

Health and ecology

This insulating underlay, which has been awarded the "Blue Angel" as a low-emission underlay, is manufactured without the use of plasticizers, solvents, chlorine, halogens, asbestos, heavy metals or formaldehyde. It therefore meets the VOC guidelines for interior emissions of level A+. Natural, renewable raw materials are used for production, which do not compete with food cultivation.

This must be observed when laying this insulation underlay

For installation, the room temperature should be at least 18 °C and the floor temperature should be between 15 °C and 25 °C. The relative humidity should be less than 65 %. The insulation underlay should have 24 time to acclimatize in the room. When laid on screed, the residual moisture must not exceed the following values: for unheated cement screed 2.0 CM %, for heated cement screed 1.8 CM %, for unheated calcium sulphate screed 0.5 CM %, for heated calcium sulphate screed 0.3 CM %. (The CM stands for calcium carbide method)
